As an architect for the Innovations you will be accountable for the architecture and design of developing solutions for Business Intelligence projects.
Client responsibilities
► Architecture, Design and development of BI solutions involving technologies including Cognos or Business Objects or Microsoft Technologies
► Retrieve aggregated values from data warehouses populated with high volume data.
► Tune SQL / MDX queries to optimize performance.
► Design ETL and required transformations to bring the data in warehouse
► Develop scalable web / smart client / smart device applications using BI
► Should have excellent communication skills - need to liaise with the client on the best architecture to be followed, articulate the design with client technical team.
People responsibilities
► Excellent people management skills - should guide, lead and motivate the team.
► Should come up with innovative and smart ways of doing work, without compromising on quality
► Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Skills Requirements
► BE/BTech/MCA
► 7+ years of experience
► Should have experience working with any one of the following Cognos, Business Objects, SAS, SSAS/SSRS or any Business Intelligence tool sets
► Should have experience in Object Oriented design and development of scalable web applications.
► Data warehousing design, Cube design, SOA
