Job description for Infosys-jobs- Associate-Core Banking in Bangalore, Pune
- Preferred industry experience in retail banking, process designing, product development, core-banking and process
- improvement from global management consulting firms or MNC banks.
- Consulting experience with one or more of the products is desired: Finacle, Flexcube
- Needs to be hands-on and have the ability & motivation to get into high levels of detail required for process definition.
- Should have the ability to lead teams as well as a consultative mindset required for process definition &
- optimization.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills are a must.
- Prior experience of working in large consulting organizations is desirable.
- Technology background strongly preferred
