Job description of the job-Trivandrum jobs- Executive Secretary in Technopark:

1. Provide personal administrative support to the CEO.
2. General clerical and administrative work.
3. Set up and co-ordinate meetings
4. Manage, plan and organize daily outlook calendar.
5. All Secretarial help to Senior Management and Projects.
6. Meet and Greet clients and visitors.
7. Handle hotel bookings, flights, visa application and other travel matters of CEO/Senior Management.
8. Prepare a variety of quality, written agreements, letters, and other documents.
9. Maintain communication with selected outside parties on behalf of CEO, including clients and business contacts.
10. Maintain a record/files of all meetings.

Skills required for the job-Trivandrum jobs- Executive Secretary in Technopark:

• Should be a graduate with 1-3 years of experience in Administrative Activites.
• Other competencies desired are Good communication skills, Planning and organising with attention to detail.
• Influencing, assertiveness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a supportive team environment.
