1. A Pass in SSLC or its equivalent examination or a pass in the Educational test of the Indian Navy.
2. Must have experience as Tide Watcher in a Survey Ship of the Indian Navy or Ministry of Transport,
Govt of India or the Survey Wing of the Port Dept. of the Govt. of Kerala, at least for two years
