- Must be a Graduate in commerce from any University recognized by the University Grants Commission
- Must not be above 30 years ofage as on 01.07.2011.
- Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST / BC candidates and 10
- years in respect of PHC candidates.
- Relaxation by 3 years for Exservicemen in addition to the length of service rendered in Defence services subject to
