- Pass in standard VII
- JTSLC or ITI or KGTE or KGCE or City and Guilds Examinations in the concerned trade.
- Note:- 1. The certificates awarded by City and Guilds of London Institute after 31-3-1985 will not be accepted.
- 2. Candidates should specify the name of the trade/branch also along with the qualification in the application.
